While a student at Lindenwood University (1998 MBA) I did my  dissertation on The New American Family, and a New Generation of Young Americans Entering the Workforce.  I felt that the dramatic changes in the generations would be reflected in the workforces of tomorrow. This dissertation shows the profound implications for management, as children who have been raised in today's families begin to enter the workforce.

While at Touro International University (2003 Ph. D. Business Administration), I aka Dr. Florence Kistner, did my dissertation on Resistance to Outsourcing:  The Impact of Outsourcing IT Services.  This dissertation examines the growing business practice of outsourcing critical but "non-core" services for reasons of cost-efficiency and superior technical expertise.  The study assesses employee perceptions of job security, compensation and competition, as well as psychological reactions such as resentment, anxiety, and other feelings with respect to outsourcing programs.  The study goal is to determine the implications that employee reactions, whether positive or negative, may have for effective information technology change.

My career has been diverse and varied ranging from Telecom, Healthcare & Banking industries.  Along with my Ph. D. in Business Administration, I have a Master's Certification in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
